Everything the platform does, for each side of the site
From the first requirement to the last approved day: how vendors get workers on site, how workers get paid, and what the platform itself takes care of in between.
One job, start to finish
From a requirement to a paid day, in four beats
The platform holds the money the whole way — nobody chases anyone for pay.
- Raise & payThe wages are held
- Workers acceptMatching workers, first-come
- Approve each dayThe day is the attendance
- Paid to the walletUnused wages come back
Get the right workers on site, and keep the record
Two ways to hire — raise a requirement and let matching workers accept, or pick people yourself from the directory — and one wallet that holds the money until the work is approved.
Requirement-based hiring
Raise one requirement with several job roles — 20 helpers, 5 electricians, 10 masons — with dates, site and a daily rate per role. Pay it into the platform's hold and every matching worker is notified within minutes; they accept first-come.
Direct booking, in chat
Open a worker's profile, send a work inquiry, and let them reply with their own offer — their rate, their dates. Accepting the offer is the payment: the money is held until you approve the finished work.
Day-by-day approval
Each day a worker requests that day's pay; you approve or reject it with a reason. Every approved day is both the attendance record and the payment — there is no separate sheet to keep.
A directory of verified workers
Search by job role, state and district, then by availability, experience, rate and rating. Only verified workers are listed, and their contact details stay masked until a booking is confirmed.
One wallet, money held safely
Top up by UPI, card or netbanking through Razorpay. Requirements and bookings are paid from the wallet up front, held by the platform, released as work is approved, and refunded when unused.
Shortlists and a live overview
Save the workers you want again. Your dashboard shows open slots, crew on site, day requests waiting on you, spend and top workers — every figure a real read of your own record.
Work that finds you, pay that arrives
No phone calls to return, no notebook to argue over. Accept work in a tap, name your own rate in chat, and request each day's pay as you work it.
Jobs that find you
Tell us your job roles and district once. Every paid requirement that matches lands in your job offers with the site, dates, rate and duration — accept in one tap, no calls to return.
Get paid one day at a time
After each day on site, request that day's pay. The vendor approves it and the amount lands in your wallet. Paid in cash instead? Mark the day as received and the record stays honest.
A badge that gets you work
Complete your profile and upload both sides of your Aadhaar; an admin checks it and you are verified. Every finished job adds a rating beside the badge that vendors see before they book.
Your offer, your terms
When a vendor writes to you, you reply with the offer — your daily rate and your dates. Once they accept, the money is already held for you and their contact details unlock.
Your calendar, respected
Block the dates you cannot work on a tap-to-toggle month calendar. A requirement that overlaps a day off is never offered to you; jobs you have accepted still stand.
Free for ten days, then a plan
Every new worker gets ten days free. After that a monthly, half-yearly or yearly plan keeps your account live — paid once, no auto-renewal, and no commission is ever taken from your wages.
Work Marg does not assign anyone — it keeps everyone honest
Nobody at the platform allocates workers or marks attendance. Its job is the parts neither side can do alone: verification, the master data, and the money trail.
Document verification
A person reviews every submitted document and approves or rejects it with a reason. The verified badge is the gate to being listed, matched and booked.
Master data, kept current
States, districts, job roles and work types are managed centrally. A new region or trade is added in minutes and needs no software release.
The money trail and a backstop
Every hold, release and refund is on a ledger the platform monitors. If a booking is disputed, the platform can force a release or refund it — the only time it steps in.
Flat fees for vendors. A free trial, then a plan, for workers.
No percentages, no surprises. Every amount is set centrally by the platform and shown to you before you pay — which is why no figure is printed here.
Vendors
- One flat fee per requirement, added on top of the wages when you publish
- One flat fee per direct booking, added when you accept an offer
- Both set centrally by the platform and shown before you pay
- Cancel before anyone accepts and the fee comes back with the wages
Wages are pre-paid into the platform's hold and released to workers as you approve their days; whatever is unused is refunded when you close the requirement.
Register as VendorWorkers
